Adenium Obesum

Having trouble with my Adenium Obesum flower?

i thought it was mould or a fungi...
There are lots of insects or pesticide on my flowers and my plants. It's growing and starting to manipulate my plants. The color is white and i'm pretty sure when i looked, its moving. I think it might be an insect of some sort. It's white in color, looks like cotton, it moves like an insect.
I'm just not sure what it is... Can anyone help me????

Sounds like a mealy worm caterpillar, try using some resimithrin or safer soap on your adenium, if that doesn't work try a pyrithin insectide which is derived from the chrysanthamum.
