is the needle on the water meter supposed to spin a little bit when no water is running?
i just looked at the water meter and i seen the needle going around slowly is the needle even supposed to move even when there is no visible water running?
Well, it depends. Do you have an ice maker on your fridge, or anyother type of water hookuup on anything that may use a float ot timer to use water? If not, then the needle should not spin. Maybe a leaky valve on the toilet...? Somewhere there is a leak of some kind if you are sure that absolutely nothing is running.
