Do i plant the rockwool with the grow rocks in a hydroponic system?
i am trying to start a plant in hydroponics but its my first time so im a little confused. Do i put the plant with the rockwool in the grow rocks and let the rockwool dissolve or do i take the plant out of the rockwool and plant it into the grow rocks that way? if you have any other sugestions for germinating and planting into hydroponics please tell me

Rock wool cubes are a great seed starter for practically any garden situation; soil or hydroponics.
Do not try and take the seedling out of the rock wool. Developing a healthy root system is key right now, and that would stunt it for life or kill it.
So, if you're gonna use grow rocks, prepare a space for the rock wool cube and place it into the grow rocks. Make sure to fill the rocks all the way around the sides of the cube, but not over the top of it so as to prevent fungi or mold problems in the future. From there, just follow the instructions of your set up. Make sure to use a good nutrient solution manufactured for the seedling to heavy growth phase of plant growth.
As far as your request for suggestions, it really depends on what type of hydroponic system you have and what kind of plants you're growing.
In General:
If it's an ebb and flow set up, I'd recommend staying with rock wool the entire process. Purchase larger cubes with precut places for the starter cubes to be inserted. Do this when you see the first few roots come out of the bottom and/or sides of the cube. When the roots begin to come out of the next size cube, transplant onto a rock wool slab. Easy and mess free.
